Delete your account

You can delete your Afterimage account and the data linked to it at any time.

In the game (quickest)

1. Open Afterimage and go to Settings → Your progress.
2. Tap Delete my account and data and confirm.

This permanently removes your account, your rating, your saved progress and the drawings you uploaded from our servers. It cannot be undone.

Cannot open the game?

Email support@shogic.games from the address you saved your progress with and ask us to delete your account. We will delete it and confirm by reply. Guest accounts (no email) can only be deleted from inside the game, because there is nothing else to identify them by.

What stays

Drawings and settings saved on your own device are not on our servers. They are removed when you clear the game data or uninstall the app.
