Terms of use
These terms cover your use of Afterimage, made by Shogic Games ("we", "us"). By playing you agree to them.
Using the game
- You must be 13 or older.
- Play fairly. Do not try to break the game, overload our servers, or tamper with scores or ratings.
- The game is provided free of charge and "as is". We try to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, and we may change or stop features.
Your account
Guest accounts are created automatically. If you save progress with an email, keep access to that email. You can delete your account at any time (see delete your account).
What we own and what you own
The game and its code belong to Shogic Games. The pictures belong to their authors and are used under their open licences, listed in the game under Settings → Credits. Some pictures are adapted from OpenMoji (CC BY-SA 4.0); the adapted pictures are published at shogic.games/openmoji. Your own drawings are yours; you let us store and process them to run the game.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental loss from using a free game. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
